I ordered a pair of Burton Women's BOA Felix Snowboots in Blue/Gray from Dreamruns, but they sent me a pair of Limelight Snowboots instead. Once I got the wrong boots, I quickly reached out to my shipping courier for the camera footage and shared all the proof with Dreamruns. They didn’t offer any apology or a decent solution; the only thing they said was that I could get a refund if I sent the item back at my own expense, and then they just ghosted me. Their inventory management and customer service are a joke. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for their mistakes, and honestly, it seems like their staff might be getting away with these sneaky swaps too.

Awesome customer support! I got the Giro Zone helmet along with some Smith Goggles. To start, the price was the lowest I could track down. My order arrived quickly, but then I figured out my noggin ain't as large as I believed :-( I reached out to see if I could swap the helmet, and they sent me a mailing label right when they opened up in the morning. All the emails were quick and easy to understand, and I’ll definitely tell my ski pals about them.

A lens replacement was ordered weeks back, and it still hasn't shown up. I'm heading out tonight for a snowboarding trip, and I'm really not happy with the delay in delivery.
